I participated in a card swap through a facebook group. The theme was summer and thank you. The cards I received back were absolutely incredible. I struggled to get going feeling like my cards wouldn’t live up when I decided to open my summer themed die storage snd was reminded of this fun die from Pink and Main that was in my stash.
The papers came mostly from The Stamps of Life. I grabbed the patterned backgrounds. Picking 2 in the same pack so they used the same colors and grabbing coordinating card stock and cutting the die twice. Cutting twice and using the opposite pieces to make 2 different cards. I had gotten to this point…
And then I just had to add some sentiments. Often I struggle with this and worry that I’m cluttering the card front but in this case I felt like they really needed it. I found a cute thank you die from I believe it was diamond press. I cut them out of some scraps from cutting the die and off we went. I’m happy with the end result of these cards. I think they’re cute and cheery.
